MUDr. Marek Gojdič

MUDr. Gojdič PhD. works at Unicare as a urologist who specializes in preventive care for oncological diseases and urological health as such, common urological diseases such as urinary tract infection, urinary tract stones, urinary incontinence, prostate disease and erectile dysfunction. At his home workplace in the university hospital, he provides his patients with all operative procedures related to hospital care.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Comenius University in Bratislava, majoring in general medicine - MD in 2012. He then worked at the Urology Clinic with the Center for Kidney Transplantation of the Faculty of Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Warsaw and the SZU in Bratislava in Kramáry. In 2018, he passed the attestation exam in the field of urology at the Faculty of Medicine of the Comenius University in Bratislava. A year later, in 2019, he successfully defended the title of PhD-doctor philosophiae in the field of urology also at the Faculty of Medicine of the Comenius University in Bratislava.

He gained work experience as a secondary physician and later as a specialist urologist at the Urology Clinic with a center for kidney transplantation of the Faculty of Medicine and SZU Bratislava Kramare, where he also worked for some time as an assistant at the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University Bratislava. In 2020-2021, he worked as deputy head of the Urology Department at the Havlíčkův Brod District Hospital. Since 2021, he has been working in Prague at the Uromedic private urology clinic and also at our Unicare clinic, where he provides all possible outpatient care to his patients.

He is a member of the Slovak Medical Society, the Slovak Urological Society, the Slovak Transplantation Society, and the Czech Medical Society. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Slovak Transplantation Society.

He speaks Czech and Slovak, can also communicate in English, German and Russian.
